Larry Mayall, Team Leader

Larry Mayall brings years of experience in the real estate industry to First National Realty, Inc. As a NRBA Master Broker for Tennessee and Arkansas and certified HUD Specialist, Larry understands the intricacies of the local real estate market as well as the special requirements of HUD homes in order to properly handle these unique situations. His success is guided by his dedication to providing the highest degree of professionalism, expertise, quality service, and communication. Together, these work ethics have created client relationships that are unparalleled in commitment and trust.

Brian Stephens, Attorney

Brian provides general management for the MemphisHUD operation and monitors compliance issues. His ability to provide the internal work flow structure has given us a significant competitive edge. His involvement in many of the operational details, staff management, and provides us with the accountability needed to continue to expand our business while we continue to provide outstanding service to clients.

Carol Mayall, Affiliate Broker

A veteran real estate professional, Carol believes that it is the trust and integrity that she invests in everything she does that makes her stand apart. Whether working with an asset manager, a corporate investor, homeowner, or a new homebuyer, she listens to her customer's specific needs and offers viable solutions based on her knowledge and expertise. She continues to expand her knowledge and has gained e-Pro (Certified Internet Professional) and ABR (Accredited Buyer's Representatives) accreditations.

LaDonna Mayall, RELO Coordinator

LaDonna Mayall is one of our RELO Coordinators. In addition she supervises property management/rehab issues and is responsible for the general operation of MemphisREO/MemphisHUD. LaDonna can always be relied upon to take the initiative and help our clients and team when and wherever needed. In her spare time she is working on her law degree.

Donald Mayall, Affiliate Broker

Donald Mayall primarily coordinates customer/client/agent information, in-house agent training for MemphisHUD, and processes all offers received by MemphisREO. He is an excellent resource for assistance in preparing bids or any details related to HUD properties.

Mark Mayall, Affiliate Broker

The resident computer nerd for First National Realty, Inc., and related operations, Mark completed a 5-year stint in the Marines and upon his discharge got his real estate license. His skills in computer networking, systems analysis and support provide us with some of the best technical resources available. He coordinates property inspections and utility services and also participates in all aspects of supporting the sale of real estate, whether with a client or providing another agent information.
